Digital advertising evolves with each passing year – but can the same be said for traditional advertising?
With digital ads, much thought goes into the creative process – you have to earn your target audience’s attention. However, the effort is worthwhile; as Marketing Land reports, digital ads turn a profit.
“U.S. digital advertising revenues reached an all-time high of $59.6 billion in 2015,” states the Interactive Advertising Bureau, or IAB. This is a 20 per cent increase from the previous year.
Traditional advertising still has its place for certain demographics, but is less accountable and more expensive than most digital advertising.
